💎 Fun fact about the appearance

Despite its name, Moss Agate doesn't actually contain moss. Its beautiful green, brown, and sometimes blue or reddish patterns are created by mineral inclusions, particularly minerals such as chlorite and iron or manganese oxides, that form branching or cloud-like patterns within the translucent chalcedony.

Those inclusions can create incredibly intricate patterns that resemble moss, forests, trees, landscapes, or underwater plants.

Because of this, Moss Agate has a particularly strong visual connection to the natural world—and every piece can look completely different. 🌿
