Returns & Exchanges
We strive to provide products that you'll absolutely love and want to keep, however, if something didn't meet your expectations we are happy to return or exchange your item.
Returns, including damaged items, are accepted within 14 days of items being marked delivered and must be in original condition with all included materials, tags & packaging. You will be responsible for all return shipping costs (exception for damaged items) or dropping it off at our location in Aurora, Colorado. Refund will be issued via the original payment method once the item has been returned and meets condition requirements. You can also exchange for another item or be issued store credit. If you have missed the 14 day window, please reach out and we will do our best to accommodate your request with store credit or an exchange.
Some seasonal items and items such as mugs and cups cannot be returned (with the exception of damaged items).
*Please note that reward points earned for purchases that are returned will be forfeited.
