Shipping & Delivery

As a small business we pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service and shipping/delivering orders in a timely manner. We also understand the frustration at having to pay shipping fees. Unfortunately the increasing costs of shipping are out of our control and small businesses often take a loss for shipping orders, taking into account the packaging materials and actual shipping costs.  

In order to be more friendly to our mother Earth and to keep costs lower, you might receive your order with reused packing material and boxes. This helps keep us more eco-friendly while also being able to pass these savings along to you. 

As a way to help cut costs for our local customers in Aurora, Colorado, we have local pickup and delivery option available. Please note that we deliver within a 10 mile radius of our address in zip code 80018. For order pickups please arrange via text message [303-570-1504] or via email [hello@auralunacollective.com]

Orders must be picked up within 7 days unless otherwise arranged. 

Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing.

Current Shipping & Delivery Costs (updated January 2023): 

  • Flat Rate Shipping: $8.95
  • Expedited Shipping: $15.95
  • FREE Shipping on Orders of $75+ (Collective items apply towards the free shipping threshold if combined with non-collective items-- collective items still incur the below shipping which is determined by brand)
  • FREE Local Pickup 
  • FREE Local Delivery within 7 calendar days (within 10 miles) on orders over $50*
  • Flat Rate Local Delivery within 7 calendar days (within 10 miles): $4.95*

*To use the delivery method, select "ship" at checkout and the delivery option will appear on the shipping page as long as the delivery address is within the 10 mile radius.
