Energy clearing is the practice of maintaining the energetic balance and cleansing out the toxic, old or sluggish energies that may be polluting a space while also bringing in positive energy and blessings.
Energy Clearing can benefit:

How to know if a space needs to have an Energy Clearing:
You might notice some of the following feelings and behaviors when a space is in need of an Energy Clearing:
- Heaviness in the space
- Sluggish / lack of motivation

- Feeling better after you leave the space

- Impacts on relationships
- Pets behaving differently

What happens during an Energy Clearing session?
First, I will do a walk through of the space and assess how the space feels and where the energy seems to be building up and where spots of focus are. Weather permitting, the more windows/doors that can be open, the better and easier it is to cleanse the energies. I will use a variety of tools to help assist in the clearing of energies such as:
- Sage (ethically sourced)
- Palo Santo (ethically sourced)
- Sound frequencies
- Singing bowls / gongs
- Crystals
- Aromatherapy mists & diffusers
After the negative and stagnant energies are cleared, I will work to bring blessings to the space. The space will feel lighter with a sense of peace and calm.
How often should you do Energy Clearing?
The frequency of Energy Clearings will depend on a few thing which I am happy to look at with you to determine a rough estimate of how often a space should be cleansed. The easiest way to know if you're need to do another clearing is when you start experience the feelings/behaviors listed above.
- How often is the space being used?
- How many people are coming and going from the space?
- What is the space used for?
- Was there an illness or death in the space?
Session duration & investment
Session duration will depend on the size of the space as well as the degree of energetic congestion/build up that will need to be cleared. Generally most spaces under 1,500 square feet will take around 1 hour. Larger spaces will generally take more time. Empty spaces (spaces without furniture or personal belongings) will take less time to clear.
Price will depend on location (travel distance)- clearings start at $80
Bundle, repeat + scheduled maintenance clearings will receive a discount.
In addition to the investment cost of the session, I offer tools and tips for you to use in between clearings to help keep the space feeling cleansed. If you would like to purchase any of the items I recommend, those can be added on to your session cost. Tools include: crystals, aromatherapy sprays, sage bundles and Palo Santo.
