Head Ease Oil Blend is a pain-relieving blend that can help with headaches and tense muscles. It has a minty, earthy scent and contains basil, cardamom, rosemary, peppermint, geranium, lemon, palmarosa, and bergamot essential oils. Head Ease Blend can be inhaled, diffused, and applied topically.

Basil:
Basil (Ocimum Basilicum) essential oil is a calming and anti-inflammatory oil that can reduce negative thoughts and emotional exhaustion. It has a sweet, herbaceous aroma. Basil grows in Africa and Asia as a bushy plant with blue and purple flowers. There are nearly 150 varieties of basil. Woolzies Basil Essential Oil is extracted from the plant leaves using steam distillation.

Cardamom:
Cardamom (Elettaria Cardamomum) essential oil is a warm, spicy oil with a range of health benefits from keeping skin radiant to maintaining blood circulation. Cardamom is often called the Queen of Spices; it is a popular and aromatic flavor used in Middle Eastern cuisines. The cardamom plant grows in Southern India. Woolzies Cardamom Essential Oil is extracted from dried cardamom seeds via steam distillation.

Rosemary:
Rosemary (Rosmarinus Officinalis) essential oil is a sweet, woody oil that can reduce stress and improve memory and mental alertness. It has energizing and antimicrobial properties. Rosemary is an herb indigenous to the Mediterranean coastline. It is part of the mint family and has blue-purple flowers and needle-like leaves that have a sweet, herbal smell. Woolzies Rosemary Essential Oil is extracted by steam distilling the leaves of the plant.

Peppermint:
Peppermint (Mentha Piperita) essential oil is a cooling, stimulating and uplifting oil with a fresh minty scent. It helps to relieve congestion, respiratory issues, halitosis, headaches and muscle pain. Peppermint is a hybrid plant of water mint and spearmint. It is indigenous to Europe and the Middle East. This plant has light purple flowers and serrated green leaves with a fragrant minty aroma. Woolzies Peppermint Essential Oil is extracted by steam distillation using the leaves of the plant.

Geranium:
Geranium essential oil is a sweet floral oil that releases negativity and boosts feelings of tranquility and happiness. It is antibacterial, deodorizing and promotes healthy skin and hair. Geranium oil can be inhaled, diffused and applied topically. Woolzies Geranium Essential Oil is extracted by steam distillation from the flowers of the plant.

Lemon:
Lemon essential oil is an invigorating and anti-bacterial oil that can be used as a mood booster, air purifier and cleanser. It has a fresh crisp scent. The lemon tree, also known as Citrus limon, is an evergreen tree native to South Asia that can reach a height of 10-20 feet. It produces fruit and white blossoms what have a sweet, fresh aroma. Woolzies Lemon Essential Oil is extracted by cold-pressing the rind of the lemon fruit.

How to Use:

Add a few drops of head ease blend to your vaporizer or diffuser.

You can also place 3-5 drops on a warm towel and let it rest on your forehead.

Dilute 4-6 drops Head Ease Blend in 20ml (2 Tbsp) of carrier oil before applying to the skin.

Massage Head Ease Blend into the forehead, back of the neck, and temples to relieve headaches. Can also be applied to the bottoms of feet.

This blend can be massaged onto muscles and joints to relieve pain.

Add 5-10 drops to a warm bath to soothe the mind and body.

Make a soothing shampoo that can reduce headaches and migraines and improve scalp circulation. Slowly combine ½ cup unscented shampoo, ½ cup water, and 20 drops Head Ease Blend in a squeeze bottle. Apply a small amount of this onto the scalp and massage it in firmly and slowly before rinsing it out well with water.
